Overview
 Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) is an intensive 120-hour course designed to equip you with the basic skills of teaching English to non-native speakers. The course includes lectures, observations of teachers in action, lesson planning, resource development assignments, and a minimum of six hours of practicum.

 The ability to communicate in English is one of the most sought-after commodities in the world today, and a TESOL certification* opens doors like nothing else can. It can be your ticket into a particular nation that you have a heart for, or you can serve your community here at home, helping students acquire the necessary skills to communicate successfully in a variety of settings.
A typical day's schedule:
- 7:00am Breakfast
- 7:30am Personal Devotions
- 8:30am Worship and Intercession
- 9:00am Class
- 12:00pm Lunch
- 1:00pm Class
- 3:30pm Work Duty
- 5:15pm Dinner
Evenings are reserved for study time and lesson preparation. Each student will meet weekly with a campus staff person.

Cost: $1,135 includes food & housing

If so, please submit your TESOL application as soon as possible. Each course is limited to 12 students.
Application fees:
$40 for singles and $50 for couples. Applications should be submitted at least one month prior to the course starting date.
*Certification: Upon successful completion of the seminar, participants will be awarded a University of the Nations TESOL certificate. |
