"Go forth from your country, and from your relatives, and
from your father's house, to the land which I will show you..." Genesis 12:1
YWAM Tyler, Texas equips, mobilizes, and supports people who believe God is calling them to bring the Gospel of Jesus
Christ to unreached peoples. From the urban centers of the western world to the beautiful lands of Asia, we want to
help people bring the love of God to a dark world.
What are the frontiers?
Places which do not have an indigenous group of believers who can present the gospel without outside assistance.
Why are they strategic?
Peoples: 2.2 billion people haven't heard the gospel. Over 8,000 unreached people groups still don't have a growing,
multiplying community of believers. Most are Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and tribal peoples located in Asia, North Africa,
and the Middle East.
Seasons: Wars, revolutions, natural disasters, major events, and gatherings of special significance are windows of time
through which the gospel can make strategic inroads. |
