Fees DO NOT include: A $40 registration fee, laundry expenses, overweight luggage charges, customs taxes, personal spending money, airfare to Tyler (where applicable), and passport/visa application fees.
Apply for passport (applications available at local post offices) immediately after sending SOS application. Outreach locations, dates, and costs are subject to change.
