REQUEST A TEAM
When YWAM began in 1960, the main focus was giving young people opportunities to demonstrate the love of Jesus to the whole world. Today, we still focus on youth, but we have members of almost every age and many of our short-term efforts have grown into long-term endeavors that have impacted lives and nations. In partnership with other believers and churches around the world, the message of Christ is going forth to people in all kinds of places and situations.
As the mission arm of the church has continued to grow and be stirred, God is using the skill, talents, gifts, abilities and obedience of church members across our nation to impact the world. God is working through the local church as never before to send mission teams to evangelize and bring societal change.
We are enthusiastic and passionate about serving the local church and partnering with church leaders to help their congregations know God better and accomplish God’s mission to make Him known to the ends of the earth.
With our large pool of experienced teachers, speakers, evangelists, and disciplers, we can put together a team to:
- Minister to your congregation both young and old.
- Plan inspirational and spiritually refreshing weekend retreats.
- Conduct seminars on a variety of missions topics.
- Plan or partner with you on short-term mission trips.
- Assist you with your local, citywide ministries.
- Present missions opportunities during church missions conference or community events.
